Consultation has concluded
The City of Victor Harbor is seeking public comment on a proposal to revoke the community land status of a narrow roadside buffer reserve on Greenhills Road, Victor Harbor, with the intent of providing further driveway access to the adjoining property. The subject land is a Council reserve only 0.1 metre (10cm) wide, established as part of the Greenhills Road overpass for the ring road. The land is identified as Allotment 52 of Deposited Plan 58904, CT 5892/181, consisting of a reserve of approximately 24 square metres.
For the public’s information, Council has prepared a Community Land Revocation Report as required by Section 194 of the Local Government Act. You can download the report or collect a hard copy from the Civic Centre at 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.
