Consultation has concluded

The City of Victor Harbor is seeking your feedback on its draft 2020/21 Annual Business Plan and Budget.

The draft plan describes how Council will allocate its budget and what services, programs and projects it intends to undertake in 2020/21. It aims to support the community by not increasing council rates, continuing the delivery of services, investing in infrastructure as a catalyst for future economic stimulus, and implementing a number of relief measures.

Budget Snapshot

  • Capital budget - $14.3 million (our biggest yet!) offset by grants of $2.88 million
  • Operating budget - expenditure of $29.4 million resulting in a deficit of $888,900
  • Rates - no rate rise

  • Face to Face Drop-In Session - ask questions and provide feedback by speaking with Council Staff and Elected Members at a drop-in session held in the Council Chambers at 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor on Thursday, 9 July 2020 between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

The public consultation period will close at 5pm on Monday, 13 July 2020.
