About the Tree Management Strategy
The
Tree Management Strategy aims to provide strategic direction for the short and
long term management of trees in public places. It gives guidance for planning,
planting, maintenance and, if necessary, the removal of trees (and vegetation)
on Council owned and managed land, within the scope of relevant legislation.
How do I get a copy of the draft Strategy?
How can I have my say?
All feedback on the
draft Tree Management Strategy must be received by
5pm on Thursday, 18 April 2019.
There are a number of ways you can provide your feedback on the draft Strategy to Council:
· Online – Visit www.yoursay.victor.sa.gov.au and complete the online feedback form;
· By email – write to localgov@victor.sa.gov.au with the subject ‘Draft Tree Management Strategy’;
· By post – Send your thoughts via post to PO Box 11, Victor Harbor SA 5211;
In person – hand deliver your written comments to the Council Office at 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.More information?
