Together we've planned where our community will grow. Now we're planning how our community will thrive.
The City of Victor Harbor is developing a South Coast Future Ready Strategy that aims to shape who we are as a community, and who we want to be in the future. Our aim for the Strategy is to set out a practical set of actions relating to housing, jobs, education, services and liveability that support a balanced and sustainable future for Victor Harbor and the South Coast.
To get this right, we need your input! Whether you are a long-term resident, new to the area, a business owner, a young person or a family, we want to hear from you. The more people who take part, the better the outcome for our community.
How you can get involved
In the first instance, we are asking our community to complete the surveybelow by 5pm on Friday, 27 February 2026.
You can also talk with Council staff and elected members at a range of listening posts (see Key Dates) held during the consultation period to share your ideas and views.
