The City of Victor Harbor recently undertook a By-law Review and adopted new by-laws. Following the adoption of these by-laws, Council needed to determine what locations certain provisions within the by-laws would be enforced. This is particularly relevant for the Dogs By-law and Local Government Land By-law.

Consultation took place between 31 October 2023 and 21 November 2023. Community members were encouraged to complete a survey or chat to Council at a drop-in session.

Once feedback from the consultation had been collated, Council considered the matter at its meeting on 11 December 2023.
