The City of Victor Harbor recently undertook a By-law Review and adopted new by-laws. Following the adoption of these by-laws, Council needed to determine what locations certain provisions within the by-laws would be enforced. This is particularly relevant for the Dogs By-law and Local Government Land By-law.

Consultation took place between 31 October 2023 and 21 November 2023. Community members were encouraged to complete a survey or chat to Council at a drop-in session.

Once feedback from the consultation had been collated, Council considered the matter at its meeting on 11 December 2023.

Nearly 200 individuals completed our survey, and many more conversations were had during our drop-in sessions. Our team will now commence reviewing the feedback.
