Consultation has concluded. A report is currently being prepared outlining all of the community feedback received. This will be presented to Council Members for their consideration at an upcoming budget workshop.

The City of Victor Harbor is changing the way we involve our community in the preparation of our annual budget, introducing an early engagement period to understand your priorities before preparations commence.
The additional consultation period will enable Council to be better informed of community priorities to the development of the budget, at the same time as providing you with a great opportunity to shape how the budget is allocated.
This November, our community is invited to share their priorities for Victor Harbor's future by talking with us at one of our listening posts:
Thursday, 16 November 2023 - Victor Central Shopping Centre (near the escalators), 10am to 2pm
Saturday, 18 November 2023 - Victor Harbor Farmers' Market (Grosvenor Gardens), 8am to 11am
Tuesday, 21 November 2023 - Ocean Street (Near the post office), 10am to 12pm
Wednesday, 22 November 2023 - Victor Harbor Library (1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor), 4pm to 6pm

What we hear through this engagement campaign will be used along with findings from a number of other engagement campaigns to help inform the development of the draft 2024/25 Annual Business.
