    The review looks at the section of Torrens Street from the Victoria Street roundabout to Grantley Avenue, and provides a number of recommendations to enhance the future performance of the major thoroughfare through Victor Harbor's town centre.

    The City of Victor Harbor is seeking the community’s feedback on its draft Recreation and Open Space Strategy.

    The strategy is about creating unique and appealing places and destinations across the council area, at the same time as encouraging an active, healthy and engaged community. The actions within the strategy also aim to attract and support visitors to the area.

    The public consultation period will close at 5pm on Friday, 25 August 2017.

    If you are keen to help shape Victor Harbor's future, you should consider nominating to be a member of a council committee.

    Our committees consist of both elected members and community representatives, and meet on a regular basis to make recommendations to council.

    Nominations are currently being sought for community representatives interested in being a part of the Economic Development and Tourism Committee, Boating Advisory Committee, Sport and Recreation Committee, Heritage Advisory Committee and Disability Access Advisory Committee.

    Find out how to nominate, and submit your application before 5pm on Friday, 18 August 2017.

    Council is looking at car parking in Victor Harbor's town centre, and has come up with a number of recommendations that will help us better manage car parking into the future.

    We are seeking your feedback on these recommendations which cover a broad range of areas including the availability of car parks, time limits, cost, enforcement, and wayfinding signage.
